Welcome to Laugh Lines Coffee! By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully and preferably with a cup of coffee in hand.

1. Overview

Laugh Lines Coffee (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and online store. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, partners, and caffeinated wanderers who accidentally clicked into our shop at 2 a.m.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or using the site under supervision of an adult with good taste in coffee).

You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to break any laws in your jurisdiction—including, but not limited to, misusing our labels to win an argument with your boss.

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, roast details, and shipping info. However, we can’t guarantee that every detail on the site is perfect. Coffee is, websites aren’t.

Content may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.

4. Modifications to Products & Pricing

Prices for our products may change without notice—coffee economics move fast, people. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time.

We shall not be liable for any price changes, interruptions, or caffeinated sadness caused by such updates.

5. Products & Services

Our coffee is roasted fresh and packaged to order. Some products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or household. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time—including seasonal jokes that run their course.

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time.

6. Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

If we suspect fraud or suspicious behavior (like ordering 200 bags at 3 a.m.), we may cancel or limit quantities.

7. Shipping & Order Processing

We aim to ship orders quickly and accurately, but delays may occur due to roasting times, carrier issues, holiday chaos, or acts of nature (a.k.a. your mail carrier).

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products.
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or suspiciously decaffeinated, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@laughlinescoffee.com so we can make it right.

Unopened merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion.

9. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools and services (such as payment processors, shipping partners, or website integrations). Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk, and each provider has its own terms you should review.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We don’t endorse or assume responsibility for content on sites we don’t own.

10. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or reviews, you agree that we may freely use, edit, publish, or share them without restriction or compensation.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise questionable (like that one “review” clearly written by someone who didn’t even order).
